Fudgy Chocolate Brownies (Eggless)
Ingredients
For Brownies :
Dark chocolate- 1 cup
Butter-½ cup
Maida-1cup
Powdered sugar -3/4th cup
Baking Powder - ½ tsp
Coco powder - 3 tbsp
Milk- ½ cup
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Fresh Cream - ½ cup
For Chocolate Ganache :
Dark chocolate/Milk Chocolate- 3/4th cup
Butter - 1 tsp
Fresh Cream- ½ cup
Method -
For Brownies
1. Melt
1 cup of dark chocolate and butter together using double boiler method or microwave it for 2 minutes. Keep it aside and let it cool.
2. Sieve
maida, powdered sugar, baking powder & coco powder.
3. Add
the dry ingredients to the melted chocolate and mix well using cut and fold
technique.
4. Then
add milk, vanilla essence to the mixture in small batches and make a smooth batter.
5. Preheat
the oven at 170°c
for 10-15 minutes.
6. Grease the tin with butter/oil and place a parchment paper or dust it with maida.
6. Pour
the batter in the tin and spread evenly. Tap to remove any air bubbles.
7. Bake
the brownie batter at 170°c
for 25-30 minutes.
8.
Insert a toothpick or knife. If it comes out clean then the brownies are
perfectly baked.
9. Place
the tin upside-down on a plate and remove the brownies.
For Ganache
10. Melt
the chocolate with cream, butter using double boiler method. Keep it aside and let it cool

Pour the melted chocolate on top of the brownies.
12.
Spread the melted chocolate evenly.
13. Add
chocolate chips and any desired dry fruits on top of it.
14. Cut
into pieces and serve.
