4-way Cookies
Ingredients
Coco powder
Choco chips

Method
1. In a
bowl add the butter & sugar. Beat it well until it becomes soft and light.
2. Then
add the sieved Maida into it. Mix well and make it a dough.
3.
Divide the dough into 4 equal portions .
4. Using
the first portion roll out the balls and flatten it using the palm or a rolling
pin.
5. In
the second portion add 1tbsp choco chips and mix well. Repeat the rolling
process and make cookie balls.
6. To the third portion add 1½ tbsp coco powder and 1 tbsp choco chips. Mix well and roll out the cookies.
7. Divide the last part into 2equal
halves.
8. Leave
the first half plain and to the second half add 1 tbsp coco powder and make chocolate
dough.
9. On to
the butter paper place the plain dough on top of the chocolate dough and slowly
flatten it.
10. Roll
out in a circular motion using the hand and make dough with beautiful pattern.
11. Roll
out the balls and make the cookie balls.
12. Grease
the baking tray with butter and line it with a parchment paper.
13. Place
the cookies on the baking tray giving 1 inch space in between.
14. Preheat
the oven at 170c for 10 minutes then bake it for 12-15 minutes at the same
temperature.
15. Cookies
are done when the sides of it becomes golden. At this point cookies are soft.
Leave the cookies and let it cool.
16. Once it comes down to room temperature it becomes hard and crisp.

and enjoy.
