Cake Pops 



Ingredients

Cake(any flavor)
Chocolate Ganache/Condensed Milk
Melted chocolate(dark/white)



Method

    • Take the cake and remove the corners.
    • Crumble the cake using hands or food processor.
    • Add the ganache little by little till the cake starts to form like a dough.
    • Roll out the balls for cake pops.
    • Refrigerate it for 10 minutes till it holds the shape.
    • Dip a skewer in the melted chocolate and insert it slowly inside the cake pops so that it forms a seal.
    • Let it cool in refrigerator for 15-20 minutes or until the seal is set. 
    • For the outer covering of cake pops melt the chocolate and make sure the chocolate is at room temperature and not hot. Otherwise it will make the cake pops crack.
    • Dip the cake pops in the melted chocolate and tap off the excess chocolate.
    • Add the decoratives on the cake pops while the chocolate is liquidy.
    • Refrigerate all the cake pops for 30 minutes.
    • Cake Pops is ready to eat !!
