Ingredients


Tortilla/Roti
Potatoes- 1+1/2 cups (boiled and mashed)
Sweet Corn - 1/2 cup (boiled and mashed)
Red Chilli Powder -1tsp
Turmeric Powder- 1/2 tsp
Dry Mango Powder (Aamchoor) - 1/2 tsp
Chaat Masala - 1/2 tsp (Optional)
Corn Flour -2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Oil- 2-3 tsp
Schezwan Chutney - 1 tsp
Onion (medium size sliced) - 1
Tomato (medium size sliced) - 1
Capsicum - 1
Any cheese of your choice

Method 

Aloo Tikki

  • In a bowl add the mashed potatoes, corn, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, dry mango powder, chaat masala and salt. Mix well.
  • Then add the corn flour and knead it well.
  • Grease your palms with oil. Take a small portion of the mixture and roll out the tikkis.
  • Heat the pan on medium flame. Pour in the oil and place the tikkis.
  • Let it cook for 1-2 minutes. Once it starts turning golden brown flip it and let the other side cook.
  • Once it becomes golden brown then turn off the flame and remove the tikkis.

Tortilla Wrap

  • Now take a tortilla and make a slit from the center.
  • To 1/4th part of the tortilla apply schezwan chutney.
  • In the next 1/4th part keep the tikki.
  • Next add the onions, tomatoes and capsicum.
  • Lastly add the grated cheese.
  • Slowly wrap the slit tortilla onto the tikki then to the veggies and cheese. 
  • Grill the tortilla wrap in the electric grill or toaster until both sides becomes golden.
  • Serve hot !
